VAT and PAYE

Bayar Hughes & Co can remove the burden of compliance with VAT and PAYE regulations. Our specialist team has a wide range of experience across many business sectors, enabling them to provide you with peace of mind.

VAT

VAT Returns and related book keeping can either be prepared in-house or at your own premises, if you wish to remove yourselves from the burden totally, allowing you to dedicate more time to your own business.

For those who wish to take a more active role in this function, or for larger clients with internal accounting staff, we can attend your offices to review your VAT Records before the submission of your VAT return, or simply provide telephonic and remote support on an ad-hoc basis, providing you with peace of mind and assurance.

With all VAT returns prepared by ourselves, now being submitted online, we are not only ensuring you comply with current best practise but also giving you the opportunity to improve your cash flow, providing additional time to pay your VAT liabilities.

PAYE & Payroll services

We have a specific team dedicated to fulfilling the payroll function. Whether you require weekly, fortnightly or monthly payslips, we will aim to tailor ourselves to your specific needs. We will timely advise you of your monthly PAYE and NIC liabilities and keep a record of all payments made to the HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf.

We will undertake all necessary work to ensure that your business complies with the requirement to prepare and submit annual returns (forms P35, P60 and P14) as well as the Return of Expenses and Benefits (form P11D). Bayar Hughes & Co have continued to invest in technology and were one of the first to introduce internet filing of annual returns resulting in cash benefits to our clients. As there are strict deadlines for the submission of these returns and even stricter penalties for non-compliance, using our dedicated Payroll team will ensure that there are no nasty surprises.

All PAYE employers annual return are filed online to ensure fast and efficient processing as well as compliance with current best practise.
